About the The TelePT Connections Podcast:

Information, Innovation, Insight on Physical Therapy, Telehealth, and the future of healthcare.

Your hosts, Daniel Seidler and Adrian Miranda have lots to say, and they also love learning from others. Guests include PTs, healthcare business leaders, healthcare tech innovators, fitness freaks, policy wonks, and investors. We meet at the crossroads of healthcare and technology to discuss the future of human health and wellness.

This week, Daniel Seidler and Adrian Miranda are joined by David Dansereau.

David has practically written the book on how to successfully navigate an unconventional career in Physical Therapy. He's been in corporate health research, private practice, remote and mobile consulting, digital therapeutic product development, sports performance, patient advocacy and more.

Most notably, in 2006, at age 39, David had a stroke. That life altering experience has guided his life and career since. At the time, he utilized existing telehealth tools to access worldwide experts throughout his self-guided recovery. The experience has fueled his passion for digital-first healthcare technology adoption and using sensors and biofeedback to help give patients more control over their own health and recovery.

David's story is epic and inspirational and his credits are extensive. He also is the most prepared guest we've had so far. We get into several of our wheelhouse topics and more:Technology adoption and rejection by PTs Preparing PT students for a digital future Wearables and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) IoB - Internet of the Body Stroke recovery in the home and life post-CVA Lessons learned at a pharma conference

Throughout the conversation, I kept thinking to myself, "David Dansereau is one impressive dude." I'm pretty sure you'll be impressed too.  You can find David Dansereau here:
